Sterling Clothing – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sterling Clothing (Pty) Ltd. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient delivery service. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping processes and timeframes.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our South African warehouse/s. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–10 working days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that “working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is determined by your delivery address and the total weight of your order. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery is considered complete when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

The responsibility for and risk of loss of the goods pass to you upon delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that there is a person available to accept the delivery. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • High order volumes during sale periods or peak seasons.
  • Delays with our third-party courier partners.
  • Extreme weather events, natural disasters, or public service disruptions.

We will not be held responsible for any such delays. We will, however, do our best to communicate any significant delays to you as soon as we are made aware of them.
